Aspire Apprenticeships is run by Chartered Accountants who qualified through apprenticeships.We help sixth-form students navigate applications and interviews with clarity, structure, and confidence. Our support is practical, experience led, and focused on what firms actually look for, from initial screening through to interview performance.

What We Do

Mock Interview + In-Depth Feedback
(£125 | 45 minutes)

This session closely replicates a real apprenticeship interview and is designed to improve interview performance and confidence. It includes a structured mock interview with a Chartered Accountant using competency-based and strengths-based questions, alongside a 15-minute case study exercise similar to those used by professional services firms. Performance is assessed against real evaluation criteria, with in-depth written feedback provided afterwards, highlighting strengths, gaps, and clear actions for improvement.

Apprenticeship CV and Cover Letter Screening + Review
(£40 | 72hr Turnaround)

This service provides a focused CV and Cover Letter review aimed at improving performance at the initial screening stage. A Chartered Accountant reviews and iterates the CV and Cover Letter to ensure it is clear, evidence-based, and aligned with apprenticeship recruitment criteria. One full iteration is included, with the updated CV and Cover Letter returned within 72 hours. This is an efficient, no call service designed to strengthen applications before submission.

Apprenticeship Overview Session

This 60-minute session for sixth form students is designed to provide clear, practical guidance on the accountancy apprenticeship route. Led by a Chartered Accountant, the session explains how the application process works, what firms look for in candidates, and how to assess whether an apprenticeship is the right option based on a student’s current academic profile and career goals. The session is structured, informative, and focused on real world expectations. Students receive honest insight into the pathway, common misconceptions, and how to stand out as an applicant. By the end of the session, students will have a clear understanding of their options and know exactly what steps to prioritise next. The Team

Naman Soni was Head Boy at his grammar school and chose to reject an offer to study Accounting and Finance at the London School of Economics in order to pursue an apprenticeship at Deloitte. He completed the ACA qualification within the four-year apprenticeship programme and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at the tender age of 22. Having navigated the apprenticeship route end to end himself, Naman brings first-hand insight into what firms look for at both application and interview stage, providing clear, practical guidance that parents and students can trust.
